एक डोज़ दवा पर ग्यारह हज़ार रुपये का मार्जिन !!! ये Human Immunoglobulin है। कई बीमारियों में इसका उपयोग किया जाता है। हाल ही में आपने GB Syndrome के बारे में सुना होगा, उसमें भी इसका उपयोग किया जाता है। इसका डोज़ वजन के अनुसार तय होता है। अगर मरीज का वजन 50 kg है, तो उसे 100 gm दिया जाएगा। 5 gm की MRP लगभग 18,000 रुपये अंकित है। मतलब 100 gm देने पर मरीज का खर्च 3,60,000 रुपये होगा। और एक 5 gm के डोज़ में 11,000 रुपये (या शायद उससे भी अधिक) का मार्जिन है। ज़ाहिर सी बात है कि इसमें एक बड़ा हिस्सा डॉक्टर के कमीशन का भी है। दवा के रिसर्च में खर्च आता है, इसलिए कीमत अधिक हो, यह समझ में आता है। लेकिन एक डोज़ में 11-12,000 रुपये का मार्जिन और कमीशन? यह तो लूट है ना साहब? सवाल यह है कि सरकार ने इतनी अधिक MRP रखने की छूट क्यों दी है? ग़रीब व्यक्ति अपना इलाज कैसे कराएगा?
