Food is almost 40% more expensive than it was 5 years ago reported on @BBCNewsNI. Yet, holiday hunger payments are cut. No universal entitlement for FSM for our children. No plan to roll out a breakfast club model as in England in the Draft Anti-Poverty Strategy.

Given the primary-postprimary transition is problematic, it’s a pity the review didn’t look at the voluminous evidence on curriculum distortion caused by academic selection - a bit like trying your understand why the Titanic sank without talking about icebergs.

that I am choosing to do less talks, attend less events, do less interviews and retain my energy for the essential parts of my work in Turas Belfast and in Scoil na Seolta. So apologies for the invitations that I have had to refuse and the demands that at present I can’t meet.
