@Gee_McK Box office doesn't open till 10am. I thought some knowledgeable people may know my chances. I have tickets for afternoon and evening, and 2 sick children at home. Gutted.

I have the most gorgeous little country park / bridleway on my doorstep - perfect for a run. Beautiful. Every time I go I have at least three flashes in my mind of being stabbed or pulled into the woodland and am suspicious of any bloke walking alone. This is the norm isn’t it?

According to the Met Office April has been ‘warmer than average’ Is everyone at the Met Office pissed? Warmer than what average? The average temperature of a polar bears ball bag?

I’ve said “good for the garden” and “nice weather for ducks” far too many times this month. It’s getting silly. In actual fact my garden is flooded and even the ducks look like they’ve had enough. Anyway, I look forward to complaining about it being too hot and dry this summer.
