Our neighbor abandoned her cat, threw her out of the house and moved away. I tried to catch her, but she was so frightened. Today during an awful storm, she showed up in our yard and my husband was able to pick her up and bring her inside. We are both allergic to cats, but I can’t leave her hungry and in danger. She is not spayed. I will get that done and get her vaccinated. Meanwhile, we dried her off, fed her and got a litter box. She was nervous at first but now seems content.
