We clearly have a bias for women as care givers and they are less threatening. It does help that we have some mean out here actively promoting the hyper-masculine "no fatties" "no beardos" bullshit.

We hire based on qualifications, integrity, and obviously a sense of humor being a satire company. Your application of your version of DEI would be great if that’s how it was applied universally but unfortunately it is not. The reality of mandatory DEI at scale is discrimination based on race, gender, and heritage. Recent IBM expose is a great example of this. Curious to know your thoughts on Krishna’s DEI positions here (that are increasingly common place)

You know what I realized?
I legitimately don’t care if the people that ICE are rounding up have criminal records, warrants, are good/bad people, or how long they’ve been here.
If they’re here illegally, they need to go. Period.
They can go be “good” people in their own country.
If someone robbed a bank twenty years ago, and hadn’t broken a law since then, I’d still want them arrested. Same with the illegals. Send them back.

@seasideanne @BGatesIsaPyscho My MIL became violent with my wife. She actually got diagnosed with manic depression, but not any sort of dementia, though we would have to remind her that her husband died multiple times during the day.
We had to put her in a facility.
She stopped eating and passed away in '22

@seasideanne @BGatesIsaPyscho She was vaxxed, but had been exhibiting signs of decline prior to that.
We probably should have seen it earlier, but we just thought she was being cranky. It was frustration from the confusion.
I hope things go better with your mom.
