@ATT I have a notice from something that says it’s att saying that my password has been changed. Wants me to call at 800 number but how do I know it’s not phishing or a scam.

American Airlines we missed flight since your ticketing kiosks and counter are MESSED UP, understaffed and overwhelmed. delaying us an ENTIRE DAY , no help with hotel or food and a day less of vacation separated from half our family who made the flight we planned for over a year

@AmericanAir your kiosks kicked us to the counter. The counter was understaffed. Except for 3 agents standing aside talking to each other instead of helping their customers. We missed flt as did 4 people in front of us. #waytogoNOT
