people flex 20k days (don't get me wrong, it's a big achivment), but I feel like if you are obssed about the game the goal should be 20k an hour or 200k a day every day.. Glad to see that there are a few people on this platform that are hitting those numbers

You launched your store because some guy on YouTube had a Lamborghini in his thumbnail and that felt like enough proof. So you found a product. Not because it was good. Because the margins looked right on a spreadsheet and someone in a Discord said it was untapped. For a while it works. Enough to screenshot the dashboard at $4K and post it like it's the beginning of something. Then the returns start. Then the reviews. One star. Two stars. "Broke after a week." You don't respond because you're already looking for the next product. Meanwhile a brand nobody talks about is quietly selling something genuinely good. No growth hack. No viral moment. Just a product people want to buy twice and tell their friends about without being paid to. That brand is compounding. Your store is leaking. You can run great ads on a bad product and get somewhere. You just can't get far. At some point the market gives you its honest opinion and unlike your friends, it doesn't soften it. Amplification works both ways. It makes good products grow faster and bad products die louder. You don't need a better ad. You need a better product.

A 300k day doesn't happen by accident. It happens because someone built the creative pipeline, tested the offer, fixed the backend, and had the infrastructure to handle the volume without breaking. The day is the result. The system is the work.

@clayyroy how do you define freedom? because on my end I never stop thinking about the business, and tbh I don’t want for it to stop, I enioy it, but I think here you refer more on the aspect of putting out fires

The 0.1% experiences are real. Private chef, twelve seats, no price on the menu. But none of it hits the same if you’re checking your phone for work emails between courses. Freedom first. Everything else follows.

The most insufferable archetypes and personalities in business you will meet PT1: The Bezos and Hormozi types: these idiots consume everything these gay faggot info sellers put out and read every Walter Isaacson book on how to be a visionary. This is the lowest form of operator and if you talk with them they didn’t had an original thought since 2016. Their business and identity built entirely on other peoples thoughts. The fake moral high frame: these people are especially never to be trusted because if you are a grown man who post for attention to rat on another mans business you are no different than a hooker. Except they get paid and you don’t. These poor cunts thrive on “exposing” peoe that are richer than them and their only way to get attention is to try to have a moral high frame “Look at me I am gay and making no money, but also look how bad this guy doing MRR lool FTC FTC FTC lol bh” The networking/social climber type: the slimest of them all these people doesn’t really have the business numbers to show for so they get around you through sheer association and good words. Matter of fact a social climber will be doing anything to water your ego until he can find leverage. Same for networking types. Real niggas summon an archetype to make money with or be friends with from the akashi records and then it’s given. The gaylockers: monk mode big locking types who doesn’t have any complexity in their life always love to create artifical missions and habits just to make the time go faster. Since you are not important and irrelevant in business you can at least be up at 5AM just like a slave to do a whole lot of low levarage tasks and say “well I am focused” yep. And poor. You only have to be so locked in when you get no bitches, no money and also low popularity socially The stingy boys: these people are descendants of slaves, farm workers and subconsciously they don’t think they deserve any money. These people will be running meetings about $10k transactions and taking time to think about investing a few thousand dollars into their business. Also don’t get any bitches and ask the 10/6 on the first date to split the bill. In general they always accept your generosity, but when it’s their turn they are having PTSD about a dinner bill 🧾

Had the pleasure of meeting this two absolute GOATs in real life 🐐 @shauneng been my brother for years now. One of the most genuine, humble people I know. My journey wouldn’t be the same without him. I trust him fully and I know I always have someone solid by my side. Love you bro 🤝 @nikitalienov finally met him in real life. This guy is on another level. Insanely smart, always locked in. We spent days together and every conversation was valuable real life-changing insights. Proud of you, and I know you’re about to go even crazier this year 🚀 Also insane interview so much sauce EVOLVE❤️ Can’t wait to lock in together again soon.
Shaun Eng@shauneng

He escaped Ukraine with nothing. 2 years later, his Ecom brand hit $300k/day. @nikitalienov breaks down how he went from 0 to $5M/mth - why he never rips ads, building a team, and the mindset that made it click. Filmed this on a jet for some reason: youtu.be/a9iUoEFApnA

1 month in Hit 6 figs which is nice but nothing impressive yet Also having some stock and product issues Good signs: First retention orders are already coming in, don't even have post-purchase flows set up 🤦‍♂️ That gave us conviction to lower our target nc roas and scale at break-even now Will wait for 3 months to get better LTV data before dropping efficiency targets further Also found a new offer that performs better, will continue testing this as this is one of the biggest levers Next up to scale further: - 10x on the angles, formats and lp’s that are already working - Add middle and bottom of funnel ads - missing this right now - Setup proper flows in Klaviyo - Launch Google Ads

10 days in Scaling steadily and first order profitable 2 angles performing really well Next up to scale further: - Make more creative around those 2 angles - Build dedicated LPs for each angle (right now all traffic goes to 1 generic LP) - Test different offers (gonna test 2 new offers against the current one - which is a simple bundle stack)

I envision to build a brand holding with 10's of brands that accelerate each other. So far at 4 brands and pacing 100M / year 2026 which one of them will reach 100M / year next year stand alone. I am actively looking to acquire high potential brands and plug them in our infrastructure, I see that sharing formats, frameworks and building internal teams that can run the same blueprint on different audiences / different products very interesting. At the end ecom is a very simple game, if you know how to run and control creative output I see no issue running multiple brands. Sure you can't do it all alone but now with AI presenting the data crystal clear on all end points you know where to pull and where to push.

Never build multiple brands at once. Trust me, just don't do it. I've got majority equity in Craftd which allows me to focus on the golden egg. Minority in a few now and it's bliss. Being pulled all over the show is a fast way to make them all fail.

I haven’t had to deal with any ad account bans or anything of that nature for almost 2 years now 😭 Also never had an actual page suspended, let alone for spam and scams Few things I think it could be are > responding to too many comments on our ads > posting frequency too high (3x per day) - 21M organic FB views last month > having an AI comment moderation tool connected to the page (but hadn’t had credits in about a month) > someone we know personally beamed us for jokes… (but then why wouldn’t they take down the IG with almost 100k followers?) When we go to page status, there were no community standards violations so it’s genuinely a mystery to me 🤔🤔🤔 Anyway, it’s still fuck Zuck 🖕

@ecomflorin Yeah of course! This is what I find most satisfying Somehow our direct competitors are just retarded, we know their supplier and have used them before While our front end pricing is about 60% cheaper, our COGs are also probably 60% cheaper

One of the bigger things we’ve been focusing on over the last 3-4 months is social proof: > incentivizing Trustpilot reviews and fixing the bad ones so they get updated > getting tagged on IG/FB stories and posts > getting tagged on TikToks and then also providing those creators with referral links after the fact so they keep posting It’s working extremely well now We will cross 1k Trustpilot reviews at a pretty good rating this month We are getting tagged in probably 7-10 stories and posts per day (that we repost) We have probably 3-4 people posting TikTok unboxings and reviews per day - this # varies day by day tho Not sure how much of a conversion lift this type of stuff grants, but it’s been extremely satisfying building this sort of organic web that spreads influence One negative thing I have noticed is that being too generous with publicly offering refunds and free “sorry packages” for negligible issues on Trustpilot might have incentivized a few 1-star reviews because a few of them make no sense On another note, one really cool video a TikTok creator made was comparing our product to a competitor’s, and we won (completely unsolicited)…. We’re also priced about 60% cheaper than them

@jayjaypn_ @oleovv_hike-footwear.com is probably close to $100M/year. No public P&L since they’re mainly in the US, but from Trustpilot and the numbers they’ve shown, margins look solid. Coaching was always a small piece, and they may not even be doing it anymore. @MattOrlicqureskincare.com is doing around $90M/year. Also US-focused, so not much public financial data, but Matt runs the brand with strong margins, especially given the focus on R&D and product development.

Considered “rich” n poor guys, those who don’t know better and many “want to make it” types forever stuck services and push products/offers then The Few with enough ammunition bypass this level and go to the leverage game straight. Just slightly above what you do the what and the who matters only slightly in the grand scheme of things. The overall structure and infra enables whatever you need to happen, just with many more variables made to succeed using 5-10x of the magic potion and talent. You can never get to a higher level thinking and action without recognising the games the rules they made you to play
