Any news on how this will help where I am in Norfolk? Because we’re not London, we have a lot of people stuck in rural deprivation alongside mouldering seaside resort towns, and I don’t see much focus on anything except making sure Manchester gets more funding to make Andy’s friends happy.

As Somerset fans we know Josh only broke into the first team last year as well. Anyway not a big deal.👍

It's not "despite fresh branding", it's "because of fresh branding".
'Sunrisers'? What even is a 'Sunriser'? It's such a cheap, tacky name. As is 'Super Giants', which replaced the only good name previously, which was 'Manchester Originals'. The worst of all is now 'Mumbai Indians London'. Just atrocious.
British sport doesn't need or want this tacky, plastic Indian influence. Nobody wants the 'Southern Brave' to become 'Kolkata South Hitterz' in a couple of years. It's tacky and false.
This desire to copy American franchise sports is bizarre itself, never mind when it's topped with Indian tackiness. It's strange too because England has the most valuable, popular sporting league in the world so why are people desperate to copy the NFL or IPL, instead of the model created by the Premier League?
