After four years full of challenges and hard work, it's time to move on. I leave with the feeling that the mission is complete. 4 seasons, 3 championships. I will never forget the love I received from the fans from my very first days. Catalonia is my place on earth. Thank you to everyone I met along the way during these beautiful four years. @egbokavictory_ The talk about the industry being oversaturated will go down soon because if you're not that good, you won't be able to keep up. They'd insult your work and tell you AI can do better because it can actually do better. For the very good ones, they'll flourish.

It used to be that AI struggles with the basic principles of design. Well, it’s catching up on that. And as much training is happening on them, they’d definitely get better. What should designers do now? Especially entry level. Honestly, I don’t know. But we will all figure it out.

it doesn't need to be good, it just needs to be yours. go make that thing that only YOU can make.

Cost cutting is very tempting... It's also very easy to replace people with systems and automation. Completely forgetting the unspoken cost of this to the detriment of your business. You replace a doorman with an automatic door system... The system doesn't know who is a guest or a thief, the system cant remove homeless people camping at your entrance, the system can't call security or the police or provide some sense of security for your guest. You also completely lose the prestige that comes with having a door man. Maybe I could find 50 other examples but I believe the smart people will understand the problem here. The compounding effect of all these layoffs will be very loud!

90% of my L’s came from making sure someone else was okay.
