Porro, Richarlison, Vicario cannot be starters.
The likes of Odobert, Johnson, Bentancur get rotated in and out every game, so it is no big deal.
But those 3? They are guaranteed a starting spot despite doing NOTHING to prove it.
Maybe I am a bit harsh on Vicario, he was fine for the start of the season. But patience is slowly running thin.
Players who'd be sold/replaced this summer if we were a serious club:
Sarr
Bentancur
Bissouma
Richarlison
Odobert
Solanke
Vicario
Kulusevski
Players who'd have been sold about 10 years ago:
Davies
We are not a serious club 🙄

@Steven59066@Met4CastUK@EagleEyeStorm Shut up about thunderstorms, you’re a fake. I’m the real Cleven, which I am anyway , not you Steven pretending to be me,
WED 25 JUNE 25 - DAY 2
Through Wednesday a very warm & moist airmass will push into southeastern England. There is the potential that elevated thunderstorms will drift northwards with this through the evening & into the early hours.
Low confidence at this stage however model agreement is strong enough to warrant a low risk outlook, potential for high lightning rates & heavy rainfall.
I am going to announce my retirement from watching basketball.
The current product of The NBA is simply not good. And this OKC run is a prime example of it.
There is no consistency in decisions, and in the playoffs particularly, there is a double standard.
Players like Lu Dort and Alex Caruso get away with man handling their opponents, whilst the slightest bit of contact on Shai Gilgeous Alexander gets called as a foul.
Allows them to completely shift the momentum of the game, and prevents oppositions from picking up any sort of flow.
More time is spent at the free throw line than actual hoops.
I don’t enjoy OKC. I don’t enjoy the officiating. I think this ring has a big asterisk in it, with both Nuggets and Pacers losing their 2nd best player in Game 7, whilst OKC of course go unharmed.
Adam Silver would not let ratings get worse than they are now by letting an underdog win, because that would show bad product. But the reality is, the horrendous officiating shows even worse product.
Pacers should have won Game 4, but again, awful officiating by Scott Foster didn’t allow them.
Tell me guys, am I the arsehole?
I wasn’t active the past 2 days because of some real life events that went on.
So, in essence, I did not like the way that my football coach was coaching my nephew. Or the team.
Of course, I always give him some training drills in his free time alongside his team’s training.
But the detriment of his original coach and training was him winning, his progression. So I organised a group chat with some of the parents from his team, and explained to them I wanted to give them a proper coaching lesson, for completely free, outside of regular training.
The parents were buzzing for it. I told them the only condition was they kept it a secret from the coach of the team. And that I could also control their nutrition by providing them diet plans.
I cook myself, so I offered to bring them healthy, precooked, nutritious meals to each training session — for them to take home.
This has been happening for a few weeks, with my training lessons.
And to nobody’s surprise, the team become much more watchable, and individuals definitely improved. Because players were not robotically programmed on basic amateurish drills, rather individual strengths.
However, the coach was not happy. He didn’t like what he was seeing on the pitch, despite the improved results. He felt the players were not listening to him, and doing their own thing — which wasn’t the case, they just played without boring, basic robotic that prevented them getting to the next level.
And of course, one kid snitched. Fine. But then the head coach decided to confront me about it, and I was very blunt.
I said his coaching was not good, kids should be able to express and enjoy themselves, and that none of these players were going to get to the next level if things didn’t change.
I was hoping he would understand.
He did not. He kicked my nephew out of the team, and told me to “fuck off, and never come back. This is MY team, not yours”.
I laughed. Because I knew this terrible excuse of a coach will not succeed. Especially using vulgar language around children.
My nephew, however, did not want to speak to me on the drive home. I tried to make his day, even offering him a cheat meal at Pepe’s, his favourite. He didn’t answer.
He began to cry. I kept telling him that it wasn’t my fault, and I was looking the best not just for him, but for the team. But I also reinforced I will fix it for him, he did not want to hear it.
I dropped him home, and then I got yelled at by my sister for letting this happen.
You know, at that point, I thought I had lost 2 of the people closest to me. I sat in the car for 2 hours, crying.
I didn’t know if the outrage was deserved, but I know I had to make it right.
That is when I had an idea. I knew where this coach lives, having visited him with my nephew before for a meeting late last year.
So, of course, I immediately drove to his house. I knocked, and was greeted by his wife, who said he’s out at the gym. So I waited outside, and I saw him come out of his car.
I immediately open my door, and to say he was flabbergasted and disgusted would be an understatement. He threatened to call the police.
But I explained the situation to him, stressing to him my actions shouldn’t be taken out on my nephew, and he was largely unempathetic, saying he doesn’t take disrespect.
So, I leave his house, and I had the idea to bribe him.
I didn’t want to see his face again, so I put in £500 worth of cash in an envelope, and wrote a very, very sincere letter begging to have him reinstated.
I went home, and since, I have not touched much technology. Perhaps 1 hour maximum. I have been crying, alone, by myself. I thought I had destroyed a valuable relationship.
And an hour later, my sister screenshots a text from the coach saying “training next Saturday, usual time”.
The bribe worked. But really, I am not happy. At all. I am happy that my nephew can be part of the team, but I am not happy that I had to bribe to…
Tottenham are reportedly lining up a bid for Dennis Cirkin.
Ideally, Sunderland want to retain Cirkin. If contract talks prove unproductive, they run the the risk of him running down his contract before leaving as a free agent.
