I still live inside the Marion County lines (and as Indy is Unigov) if it’s inside the county lines it still is Indy. Now Greenfield I don’t consider Indy but it’s not far either.

Without a doubt this will be the best part of the trip, and I haven’t been to the games yet! The REAL Jimmy Chitwood! Bobby Plump spent an hour sitting at my table talking hoops with me. Such an honor. Had to try on the 54 Title ring!

@AlexGoldenNBA Long’s are pretty good, but not unusual as there are many great donut places here in Indiana- my favorite is Tim’s Bakery in McCordsville and second The Donut Bank in Evansville. They’d be tied for 3rd with Pana Donuts.

@zoffabono @antwanstaley Anyone can get tickets to attend the combine as spectator (limited access). There have been years where we also hosted national cheerleading competitions that same weekend in the Convention Center which is attached to Lucas Oil and I’ve been lucky enough to meet NFL hopefuls.

@antwanstaley you can't classify the NFL Combine as a "major sporting event" when only select team officals and the media are in attendence. it's basically a glorified industry conference.

There’s a reason the Scouting Combine is there every year.

We offered him double the salary, but also gave him a preview of a workplace where leaving on time becomes a character issue. CEO: So what are you saying? HR: If employees are judged for having boundaries, then no amount of money will make them stay. A higher salary can attract people. But if respect for time is missing, it will not keep them.

@Stuckey2 There’s lots of other stuff going on even if you don’t go to the games. There’s a music festival downtown at the American Legion Mall, a massive Ferris Wheel, plus the Fan Fest at the Convention Center. There will be watch parties at the local bars as well.

Anybody ever just hang out in a city where the F4 is without going to games? Thinking about making the quick trip to Indy on Saturday on a whim. Good or bad idea?

@therealburns3 Hey, if you’re hanging around in the Butler vacinity, take a trip north the Broad Ripple Village. There’s a restaurant and pub called Plump’s Last Shot that’s steeped in basketball history. The owner is who the movie Hoosiers was based off and his son runs it.

Also, Massive respect gained for Indianapolis and Butler university From driving around and hanging out in downtown and on campus, this place is actually cool af Big fan

@ThrillaRilla369 I broke my elbow after a fall from my bicycle. I was riding back from the corner stop and rob and the terrain was rough next to the road (no sidewalks available).
