Literally saw a porter fight off a rogue pigeon that made its way into the hospital through a window while transferring a vented patient. He grabbed it by the neck and threw it back out. 😳 Peak NHS. Highlight of my medical career thus far, hands down.

This is a really valuable project potentially saving thousands of ACP non-clincial hours across the Trust by streamlining mandatory training. Still work to be done but can't thank Gav (plus @JimTimLee) enough for their hard work on this so far. @AcpsNuh @JamesPrattACP

A great example of how ACCPs can support medics in project development all the way through to poster and publication. Twitter shy Dr Lauren McAnallen did an amazing job! The continuity of the ACCP team means this project continues on too! @Zee_Alrifai @NUHCriticalCare @FICMNews

@alisonleary1 @cn150 @CNOEngland @louisebrady17 @WeNurses @MRadford_HEECN I am an advanced practitioner BECAUSE I'm a nurse not in spite of it and remain firmly loyal to my nursing background (hopefully role modelling for junior nurses) - not convinced that the nurse title is what holds AP back at...but I suppose I speak as an aCp!
