My mother's health suddenly deteriorated, and the cardiologist confirmed that she urgently needs medical tests because she is at risk of suffering a stroke due to her chronic high blood pressure. Unfortunately, I do not have the financial means to cover the cost of these tests

Gonna be honest, Ukraine should really stop hitting civilian targets if it wants the war to end. If inflicting economic pain on Russia turns too much into literal terror bombing then that’ll only make Russians more pro war not less
