@GameweekGuru Why not Havertz 12th man instead? This way you have a better MD2 fixture and a potencial captain on the 15th

Latest #WCFantasy Draft Heavy on the South American teams with good fixtures and familiar with the climate. Wolfe and Sabitzer as low-owned golden nuggets. Rest of the squad pieces itself together. Currently Oyarzabal on 12th Man. Mbappe a MD2 transfer in. No room for Bruno (currently).

I’ve made a full scouting bonus team on a second account. Interested to see how well this does, in the CWC I did this and it outscored my main team in the groups 😂 #WCFantasy

🧠 Right we have all seen who are the best WCF differentials to buy… But who is the most overrated player you’ve seen in drafts so far? I’ve seen a few…

Here's my latest MD1 draft 👀 The scouting bonus picks are partially hidden because I really like them, and it's a fun little interactive. I don't think I'll make any changes unless there are some injury concerns. Finding differentials is fun, but finding differentials I actually trust has been harder than I expected. I've preferred some explosive picks over set-piece guys because of the quick nature of the competition and a few individual matchup analyses. Our @nextXI_fpl Team Planner has been absolutely essential. It gives me the opportunity to save multiple drafts at the same time and compare different routes. Check it out if you haven't already: nextxi.app/world-cup-fant… #WorldCupFantasy

@FPL_UCF If it was for the first round only would you replace Bruno and Diaz for someone else? Like from Norway or Austria or would you still back those two?

This player is only 0.6% owned but ranks TOP4 for expected points in MD1 according to @TheFantasyTool_ Let's look at why models like Christoph Baumgartner so much, and why he's in my team too. Austria vs Jordan is one of the most lopsided fixtures of MD1. Austria are expected to dominate possession, territory and shot volume, while Jordan will likely spend long periods defending deep. Austria are also generally viewed as one of the strongest pressing and transition teams outside the elite tier. Even if Baumgartner's output for Austria look meh on paper, models often weight club data much more heavily because the sample size is larger and more predictive. Baumgartner ranks second among Europe's midfielders for xG+xA combined, behind only Bruno Fernandes. He's arguably the player who benefits most from both Austria's strengths and Jordan's weaknesses. He wins second balls, attacks space after turnovers, makes late box runs and regularly arrives in goalscoring positions as a second striker. Against weaker opponents, those actions tend to occur more often because the stronger side generates so many attacks. Anyone who watched Jordan's recent matches will have noticed how often they lose the ball in the first phase under pressure. Facing them with one of Europe's most active players for positional recoveries in dangerous areas is a pretty appealing matchup. Scouting bonus also looks very achievable at just 0.6% ownership. @FPL_Invincible1 Gnabry is injured so I believe so. Also a few days ago in the Germany training session they did something like Sane LM, Musiala 10, Karl RM, and Wirtz F9. Idk if they could actually go for this or if it was just because Havertz was in the UCL final

@cmateusvarela If Sane is confirmed to start, he is someone I would definitely go for. He would probably replace Sabitzer in my team and then I would transfer him out MD2 for Vini (funds would come from transferring out Haaland MD2). Is it between just Sane and Karl for that RM spot?

🇩🇪 Germany Germany v Curacao in MD1 could be one of the key fixtures of the opening round. That makes a triple up very realistic. Wirtz, Havertz, Musiala, Raum, Kimmich, Tah and Schlotterbeck are all on the watchlist. 12th Man chip on a German attacker is very tempting.

@FPLNightmare When I was wildcarding in 33 I asked you about him and his minutes and you said he might be first choice and I believed the great Nightmare, the big Dreamer. Since then he played 4gws in my team and scored 4 goals. What a man! 100k is still possible now!

Might have had a crap campaign, but feel like I've had an Austin Powers ending to the season and rediscovered my mojo. Got to love it when a gamble comes off, especially when the data was there for anyone prepared to look. Absolutely buzzing!

@FPLNightmare Hi Andrew! This team sets a nice gw35 BB. I’m looking for a cheap option up front. Could go Kroupi or even Brobbey who plays Wolves in 35 but I really liked Osula last gw. Do you think he might get more minutes?
