@renzfj I do. I need to physically tire myself out before I go to bed since I’m constantly thinking about things. I was walking around my area past midnight and realised how weird that was and so I joined a 24hour gym!

Does anyone else have random urges at ungodly hours of the night to go for walks or runs? Especially if you can't sleep? or do I need therapy? lol I mean, I don't go at all because... safety. But I sometimes get these random urges and more so recently.
