Today, the Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) deployed a contingent of military engineers to Jamaica, a Caribbean island nation, to support the country’s recovery efforts by rehabilitating infrastructure destroyed by a powerful cyclone (Hurricane Melissa) last year. The deployment is conducted in accordance with a bilateral agreement between Rwanda and Jamaica aimed at assisting in the rehabilitation of critical infrastructure destroyed by disasters. bit.ly/4qlfHlg

The reason Germany has a US military base is to prevent collaboration with Russia - the Soviet Union, then. The combination of Germany industrial capacity and ingenuity (strong and resilient economy) along with Russian resources and military capabilities is unacceptable as a post WW2 arrangement that preserves world peace! 😅
