@Tjonesonthenba What if the lottery odds were based off not just your record from the current season, but the last 3 seasons? Harder to "game it" for one loaded draft class 3 years in advance, discourages teams from tanking by making it a 3 year process at minimum? 🤷♂️

Essentially, Zanik, Woj, and Marks are all close friends who have supported each other's careers throughout. I don't think Marks says the integrity thing this week if JZ is fully in charge, nor do I think Smith says this if Woj is at ESPN

Tanking fines is like paying the luxury tax in the prior CBA. If it gives you a competitive advantage, or in this case, a chance to draft (and keep) an impact player, billionaire owners will pay the fine. Now if we start taking away roster resources, that’s a different story.

@tc91585 @RyanQualtrics They can also fix it by taking draft picks instead of just fining. So you can tank, but if we see you, that pick you tanked for? Gone. Play ethical and the worst teams have a high chance at a real good pick
