We LOVED learning about maps over the past month. We concluded the unit by hiding Mrs.Klamms peanut butter cups! The students created maps using symbols and directions to try and lead Mrs.Klamm to her favorite candy! @SyracuseSchools @ScsdSocial @SalemHyde

Fourth graders had the AMAZING opportunity to speak with an Environmental Engineer that worked on the Onondaga Lake clean up project. The kids had so many questions and some now think they may want to be environmental scientists! @PBLWorks @SyracuseSchools @PorterElemSCSD

4th grade had a BLAST at the @OnondagaHisAssn Salt Museum! “IT WAS SO COOL” learning the @Syracuse1848 history! We LOVED trying different salts & getting to see the process of how brine turns into salt from the ancient ocean that was once here at @SyracuseSaltCo @SyracuseSchools
