The TCS HR Manager Nida Khan is close associate of Delhi Bomb Blast terrorist Dr Saheen. Its shocking that TCS without any background check employed this terrorist. TCS does major government IT projects including Aadhar, Indian Passport services, ISRO etc. No wonder that so many Bangladeshis & Rohingaya's gets Indian Passport & Aadhar cards so easily. The apologists have started to creep out of the cupboard. They were silent initially. They play the long game. The allegations are vile: sexual exploitation to forced religious conversion. But that was almost the pretence. Destabilisation in the modern age is not always one bomb, one blast or one spectacular strike. Sometimes it is slower, quieter and more insidious: infiltration of institutions, targeting of vulnerable people, creation of covert influence networks, use of fear and blackmail, and the erosion of trust from within. The Nashik HR Nida Khan clearly ran a sleeper cell. Links to Delhi Red Fort blasts are now being investigated. Place this beside the broader climate India is already confronting: espionage cases, sabotage plots, radicalisation pipelines, hostile handlers and repeated attempts to exploit soft targets. For the 'custodians of restraint', if the accused had belonged to some other social or political profile, the same apologists would already be screaming about fascism, patriarchy, structural violence and hakka chowmein - pretty tangled and convoluted. And every apologist who tries to launder this horror as “nuance” should be remembered for exactly what they did.

Sorry, this explanation makes NO sense. Please point out why is the document I have shared ‘inaccurate’. It is from February 2026. And if it does not reflect your ‘current guidelines’ as you say, please share the current guidelines. Also, even if it is an old document as you say, why was religious asymmetry okay then? What is the logic behind allowing hijab and a Sikh turban but not allowing bindi, sindoor and kalawa in a Hindu majority country where your customers are mostly Hindus? That’s bullsh!t. Please tell your lawyer to do better than draft such a weak explanation.

That is religious asymmetry. Please DO SHARE your ‘present guidelines’ as of today, so we know exactly what @Lenskart_com does.
