A4) I’ll be honest - I don’t have some huge dudes and I put an emphasis on being an airplane not a helicopter. That initial punch and peek should get you under his pads if you have that locked out mindsets. Goes back to our first steps and hurdles #disruptionchat

A2) we’ve migrated to “slam chop chop”. I don’t like to give them a measurement because everyone is different. We have a hurdle drill that we do very often where we basically go throw a progression under it. Ya feet better be right #disruptionchat

A1) Stance - stance will tell you everything pre-snap offensively and defensively. Presentation is a big thing for us and how you present yourself in that stance is gonna pre-determine that play. You also can’t be sound if you aren’t prepared #disruptionchat
