Balendra Shah is introducing a new foreign policy play book by meeting ambassadors jointly which is seen as breaking the tradition of meeting diplomats individually. If needed he will meet them in person in the future but this will set a new benchmark. Next is imposing diplomatic code of conduct strictly.
