After the ass fell out on the Rainbow model during the FTX bust (chart on the left), the owner of the domain blockchain-center.net (@rohmeo_de) lost his belief in the original Rainbow model and now displays the refitted curve on the right. Holger's (@rohmeo_de) new model is already in the yellow "HODL" zone according to his new fit and in the next bands of Rainbow we're reaching the orange and red sell territories. I have never agreed with Holger about this for several reasons: 1) You don't give up on the Rainbow model when things gets bad (worst case you just add purple) 2) You don't refit a model and call it the same model. If you want to try out a new model, try out a new model! But don't call it the Rainbow model. The Rainbow model is based on the 2014 trolololo curve from BitcoinTalk (combined with the visual style from /u/azop), that later made it into Trace Mayer's old graphs and many other places. There's no fun in visiting a website that claims to track a Rainbow chart, but every time you visit, it's a completely new curve that's been refitted based on the last bear market and keeps getting adjusted. What's the game? What are you tracking? Something that will always look right? That's no sport! Yet, because @rohmeo_de controls the official domain, that's the chart people will see when they search for "Rainbow Chart". And I'm worried that this refitting will become "The Rainbow Chart" to people, causing sacrilege to trolololo's ancient legacy. I hereby challenge @rohmeo_de to deprecate his rubbish "new model". It never deserved the name "Rainbow Chart", it has no legacy within Bitcoin history and your model IS WAY TOO FUCKING BEARISH. I respect the all work that @rohmeo_de has put into hosting the trolololo 2014 model with the Rainbow colors since 2019 and he's a great dude. But this, I cannot stand for. Like and repost if you want Holger to snap out of this bad decision!

Added to my $DCR bag for the first time in quite sometime. Could wait for it to break the $28-$30 res but market is bullish and #Decred moves fast. Might not be the fastest horse in the paddock but I know I won't get rug and I do believe it can reach the $500 mark this cycle.

@DecredBrothers Very curious how this bull market plays out. Will there be enough price action for the market to recognise the strong fundamentals. In what environment will Decred florish. I think it will have to survive another couple of years to gain momentum.

Decred might just be building a nice big fat launch pad. Need those strong foundations to launch a rocket that big 😃🤩
