Pete Hegseth: “I am a believer and I’m quite open in that and our department allows for a multitude of faiths, so I don’t know what you are suggesting.” Senator Reed: “I’m sorry Mr. Secretary, but broadcasting before the National Religious Broadcasters, stressing the need for more Christianity in the military forces doesn’t seem like a neutral position in which you tolerate and accept all religions.”

4/4 I reserve all my magical thinking for baseball. When Tork came to the plate I was holding the silver paw necklace with my Tork’s ashes in it wishing for a walk off. The Baseball Gods were smiling.

3/4 his name on the radio and TV broadcasts. I couldn’t watch spring training or even the home opener. It made me cry. My friend and I went to the game yesterday in attempt to renew my love for the game. As an engineer with a law degree I’m not very fanciful.

1/4 @DougTribou @Johnubacon I named my rescue dog Tork soon after the Tigers signed him as the first round draft pick. For the next six years my Tork went to @tigers and @wmwhitecaps games and celebrated with home run cookies.
