So I usually treat these types of things with a lot of skepticism, but in my case did some comprehensive bloodwork for the first time in a few years- found I was severely deficient in Vitamin D (apparently it's very common), started supplementing with some Vit D +K2 and when I went for a follow up in 6 months my Vit D AND testosterone levels had nearly doubled.
Now I do comprehensive bloodwork every 6 months.
Relatively cheap nowadays ($300/year through private co's) and a good way to keep your health in check and/or alert you to things you may need to work on/improve.
Something everyone who can afford it should be doing imo.
