Related issues seems to be that the new configuration in 3.0 which suggests using .RequireCors() on MapControllers(), but that completely fails to set the CORS policy for me. It only works explicitly on the controller or via .UseCors("policy") as before.

Having problems with CORS and DELETE operations. Everything else works but DELETE ops give me Method not allowed even though CORS is set and other CORS headers are there. #aspnetcore 3.0
