Before the year ends, run these checks on your stack: - Audit your LLM costs - Review your RAG pipeline accuracy - Check your CI/CD failure rate - Stress-test your onboarding flow - Use Postwyse to audit your content distribution - Revisit your ICP - is it still accurate? Do it monthly, not once. Tell a founder. Tell a builder. Ship clean.

Unpopular opinion: your $200/mo Vercel bill is not a badge of traction. It's rent. My stack: Lambda + DynamoDB + CloudFront. Runs the direct booking system for 7 rental properties. The AWS bill is less than one night's tariff at one of them. Serverless done right gets cheaper per user, not pricier.
