UCP cancels the CIP (the one that supports charities serving their communities, the same charities who've been called on to do more than ever before) the day before the deadline AND retroactively cancelled all of the previously submitted applications.

1/3 - Here it is. The UCP have CANCELLED the CIP granting stream claiming they need to support the response to COVID. The deadline was tomorrow. There was NO info given about this. A colleague stumbled upon it and shared it. They also cancelled for those who applied in Jan
