Another recruiting coup for Jason Candle and Toledo. Flowers is a four-star WR with offers from Penn State, Wisconsin, Michigan State, Miami (Fla.) and Arizona State, among others. He’s ranked as the No. 48 receiver in the country and the sixth-best player in the state of Michigan.
