Very impressed with the young couples on Location Location Location last night. Especially the 23 year olds who'd saved £31,000 as a deposit - one had just qualified as a nurse, the other was still training to be a paramedic. The other young couple were buying their first house with a budget of £400,000 so had obviously saved a lot too. Just shows you what you can achieve if you have the will. Instead of whining on Twitter 'boo hoo, young people can't get on the housing ladder'.

Told yesterday of a couple in their 80’s who went to their GP surgery to make an appointment to change her tablets as she has cancer. She was told she couldn’t have an appointment for several weeks. They sat in shock, then a woman who couldn’t speak much English came in to book and was given one the following day. The gentleman went to complain and was told they get paid £184 to give an appointment to the other lady. Shocking. 2-tier system.

@hellinhandcarts @beefyburt @CherylGrainger4 And if this is true then change GP practice because that isn't the norm with other practices. I also have to take my mum and step dad to a lot of appointments to a different GP to mine and have never struggled to get them seen.

I am not sure what people are getting out of lying but there are several accounts all with similar stories and all from either Reform or Restore voters. Funny that!!!

@CherylGrainger4 When I was poorly last year, rang up at 8 am on many days and always got an appointment that morning. Me, not a friend, not what I heard, my own actual experience.

@CherylGrainger4 It would be really sad that, if it was true, but it isn't is it? I have had to go to the GP alot recently and every single time I have had an appointment on the day or the next day. If it really was true then perhaps they should change GP because it really isn't hard to get seen

I will say it loud and proud, for those at the back of the room. When Keir Starmer was head of the CPS he was embroiled in the rape gang scandal. He was part of the team, no, headed up a team that intentionally turned a blind eye to children being groomed and raped. That is a fact. He was also responsible for trying to prosecute one of the victims. Because better that than be seen as racist hey? Just ask @MaggieOliverUK So yes, the Prime minister and everyone else involved in this scandalous cover up enabled child rapists and pedophiles. So screen shot all you like. Make as many reports to the police and probation as you like. I would rather go back to prison than defend anyone that enabled child grooming and rape.
