The ACDP were present as neutral peacemakers due to last weeks scuffles between farmers and EFF political activists within the Court Precinct. These scuffles led to various police arrests, which included police brutality leveled against a citizen seeking to break through a police cordon. The ACDP condemns both the provocations made by those intent to stir up strife and condemns the apparent ensuing police brutality levelled against certain citizens. The ACDP were the first party to arrive on the scene this morning as peacemakers. The SAPS directed them to stand at a certain place. The EFF and ANC only arrived later and were also directed by the SAPS as to where to stand. (right next to the ACDP). It is very unfortunate that members of the public sought to misconstrue the situation, by declaring on public social media platforms, that the ACDP were standing with the ANC and EFF parties. THE EFF HAS TOTALLY COLLAPSED EKURHULENI Nothing is working in the municipality. The streets are filled with rubbish.potholes everywhere. Street lights not working. The municipality owes BILLIONS to Eskom which they can’t pay. The positive cash on hand balance which the previous coalition government handed to them has been wiped out. The EFF is stealing everything and have nothing left for service delivery. The alleged kingpin is EFF finance MMC Nkululeko Dunga who is also EFF Gauteng chairman. It must also never be forgotten that Dunga’s massive presidential style motorcade killed an innocent person last year.
