@colorsnapper I bought Colorsnapper 2 via MAS. You say to contact you but provide no email/no contact form on your site. All emails bounce. It's been 2 weeks. How do I get the license I bought?

@BDoma I just tested the email and it works perfectly fine. I assume it has something to do with your email provider. We didn't have issues with it previously.

@EmmeranR Please send us an email to support@koolesache.com with a bit more info: what computer / OS you using, if there are any errors in the console.app. We tested the app and it works as expected.

@colorsnapper Hello, I'm a huge fan of your app, but it doesn't seems to work anymore on Monterey. I deleted it, and then reinstalled the app but same issue: app not lauching. 😄🆘

@chrisdrackett We don't support P3 currently but we'll investigate and maybe add it in the future releases.

@Hicksdesign Hey Jon! Yes, it works perfectly well on Apple Silicon via Rosetta. We are planning to work on a new version for Apple Silicon and updated design to match Big Sur some time soon.

@kevinrenskers We fixed it in 1.6.3 which isn't on Mac App Store because Apple rejects the update. Please email support@koolesache.com and we'll migrate you to a non-MAS version.

@dpatrickhays 1. what version did you upgrade from? 2. the App Store version won't be updated anymore so I'd return it and purchase directly from the web-site.

@colorsnapper I updated from an older version of ColorSnapper > prompt asked me to purchase or use trial > I ignored prompt and purchased from App Store directly > App Store page for Color Snapper now spins forever and never seems to download. Ideas on how to resolve?
