Dreadful experience with @jet2tweets 2 hours sat on our plane for takeoff at Manchester Airport. Anxious passenger first reason for delay and now bag discrepancies means another hour at least b4 we even join the queue to take off. Communication awful. Customer service has died

@BBCWatchdog Access to email accounts @virginmedia went down on the 19th June. 10 days later historic emails have not been restored despite hours and hours of calls to Virgin, email complaints and tweets. VM customer service is non existent. Life in meltdown - can you help?

@colsob We have now restored the ability to send and receive emails for all affected accounts. Our teams are continuing to work flat out to restore historic emails into the inboxes of a small proportion of accounts. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

@virginmedia - I still have no historic emails or folders. I can now send and receive emails but when will my saved emails return? I am desperate!
