चुनाव प्रक्रिया के दौरान अधिकारियों के बीच हुई तीखी बहस का मामला चर्चा में है। जानकारी के अनुसार, यूपी के वरिष्ठ IAS अधिकारी अनुराग यादव और चुनाव आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार के बीच पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनाव को लेकर कोलकाता में हुई एक हाई-लेवल वर्चुअल बैठक में विवाद हो गया। अनुराग यादव को कूच बिहार का ऑब्जर्वर नियुक्त किया गया था। बताया जा रहा है कि बैठक के दौरान चुनाव आयुक्त ने कुछ जानकारी मांगी, जिसे देने में थोड़ी देर हुई। इसी बात पर बातचीत तीखी हो गई। अनुराग यादव ने कहा कि उन्होंने इस सेवा में 25 वर्ष दिए हैं और उनके साथ इस तरह का व्यवहार उचित नहीं है। सूत्रों के अनुसार, विवाद के बाद अनुराग यादव को ऑब्जर्वर के पद से हटा दिया गया है। यह घटना प्रशासनिक कार्यशैली और चुनाव प्रक्रिया की पारदर्शिता को लेकर कई सवाल खड़े करती है।
