Love this!!
This is one of the most frequent requests I receive from constituents. They want to see more NYPD officers walking the beat rather than simply driving through the neighborhood.

Horrifying video circulating online shows a man suddenly running up and kicking a baby stroller at the Nassau County Courthouse in Mineola, NY. Witnesses say the stroller had a young child inside when the suspect approached without warning, delivered a hard kick, right in front of officers.
Thankfully, the baby appears to have avoided serious injury, but the mother is understandably traumatized.

In other words the inexperienced DEI “Chief” Ritchie Taylor admitted to: •Falsifying Business Records •Offering False Instruments for Filing •Scheme to Commit Fraud •Grand Larceny And the @BrooklynDA’s office passed on criminal prosecution in lieu of a $20k restitution payment, a transfer and 60 vacation days penalty ? Where was this leniency with other members of the NYPD who committed similar acts? Accountability in NYC & the NYPD only applies to some.

Mayor confronted grim deficit & adeptly balanced the budget - while minimizing harmful cuts. He secured significant $ from Albany that NYC has long deserved.
With stable $ for Libraries, Parks, Culturals, CUNY & $5B for affordable housing, there is lots to like in this budget.
