Yes you can and none of that is relevant. Sexism is a form of discrimination. You don't need to oppress someone to discriminate. Discrimination often LEADS to oppression, but it isn't inherent. Just like you can be racist and call someone a slur or hate a group of people without actually doing anything to them. It's the exact same concept just applied to sex instead of race.

Notice how the definition says nothing about only applying to women.
