@ConEdison I’ve been on hold for over an hour now trying to get a hold of a customer service agent because i got notice that someone applied for service at my home and my service will end today if I don’t call customer service to prevent it from happening….

Hey @ConEdison — how many tickets does it take to get basic service done? I’ve called repeatedly, opened multiple requests, and NOTHING gets completed. This is a commercial business you’re impacting. Do your job.

Hey @ConEdison, one of my two power mains was cut off in February and you made me hire an electrician to prove it was your issue. We filed a claim to get that money back, but we've never heard back, and support can't help us. Emailed outageclaims@coned as well, no response.
