@FedEx It would be helpful if you could talk to a human instead of virtual assistance when you’re trying to track a package. I’ve been trying for three weeks to no avail. I have a package worth $1700. Nobody can give me any tracking information on. Your customer service sucks

@askUHC So please explain to me after months of sending you letters, emails & phone calls informing you that my spouse no longer wants to subscribe to their temporary UHC, plan you keep billing them & threaten collections? Do we have to complain to our state insurance regulators?
