@FedEx It would be helpful if you could talk to a human instead of virtual assistance when you’re trying to track a package. I’ve been trying for three weeks to no avail. I have a package worth $1700. Nobody can give me any tracking information on. Your customer service sucks

@askUHC @UHC is a scam. They discontinued my dad's RX for no reason. They claim they sent him notification...however...they sent it to his address from over a year ago. They claim we didn't update his address, but I see it updated on my end. Now I am fighting to get this fixed.
