That number counts STOCK GROWTH he never sold as if it were income. Nobody pays taxes on stocks they haven’t sold. Not him, not you, not your 401k.
Actual rate on actual income: ~30%. He paid $11B+ in 2021 alone.
Tax stocks that haven’t been sold? Make that argument. Stop using fake numbers.

The events of the White House Correspondents Dinner have been made out to be many things. But one is certain—it was unsurprising.
It's not surprising that in a country facing both a gun violence crisis and a rise in political violence, Americans are once again forced to hide—under tables, under desks—just to survive.
It's also unsurprising that my Republican colleagues have responded by offering a ballroom. If a ballroom is your solution to gun violence, then every student in America deserves one.

You see the lines on the cliffs where the water level used to be? Right now It’s only at about 23% of full capacity
24 large hyperscale data centers and 379 smaller data centers are located across the 7 Colorado River Basin states
The Colorado River is over allocated. Cities, farms, especially alfalfa and industry in 7 states pull more water than the river reliably supplies
The Upper Basin states are using the water before it reaches Lake Powell
To make things even worse, A high-profile proposed $10 billion data center is being planned right next to Lake Powell
Developers claim they’ll use closed-loop systems and secure their own supply (yeah right)

AZ used to be cheap. That was the whole pitch. Sun, open land, room to grow.
One big reason that changed: COVID refugees from CA, WA, IL flooded in while housing supply collapsed.
33rd → 45th in affordability since 2019. Housing costs +59%. Mortgage burden: 26% → 44% of income.
Meanwhile permits DOWN 13.1% in 2025. Multi-family permits crashed 26.6% in Phoenix, 51.8% in Tucson.
Build housing. Both parties block it differently.
I’d say democrats made AZ unaffordable by moving here fleeing their crappy states.

The Republicans are the ones who have put AZ in such an affordability crisis. They only care about pleasing Trump. They don’t care about Arizonans who can’t find affordable housing or healthcare.
