@aestheadache I think the LA experience requires people to come to terms with the fact west coast folks are FLAKEY as hell… once you accept that, it becomes much more tolerable. (I still hate it here with the utmost vitriol, but I’m at least acutely aware of how people here just are.)

@SiddhantAdlakha that’s what i’ve been thinking all day too. his response is cruel and awful but he’s also been open about not being able to process his thoughts properly since the stroke. i just wish that knowledge he had about himself translated to caring about how he makes other people feel.

@danandphiIyaoi @hesvitae in guided interviews i did with phandom members in 2018 a significant number said that at first they liked phil more because they felt bad and then eventually that grew to be genuine. i understand feeling insulted but thats real and true data that doesnt get talked about now.

@hesvitae i really don't think "pity stanning" applies very much to the phandom in the current day if i'm going to be honest. they have similar levels of fame especially now as they've conjoined their careers. it's also a bit insulting to suggest people who prefer phil do so out of pity.
