I do not believe that death threats are a good way to reform health care nor that murder in such cases is justifiable. But if someone did believe these things, as a lot of people claim to do, then it would make much more sense to target provider organizations who are far and away more responsible for limiting care and for making care unaffordable, e.g. by artificially limiting supply of specialists so that they can make 10x the salary they would otherwise.
