All of this happened because I stopped at a red light and was threatened because I didn't run it. Absolutely unhinged behaviour from your drivers.
On 26/06/24 one of your drivers using plate number H-924-HH spit on my car, threatened me, threw several water bottles at me, and then eventually ran me off the road with his own car and fled the scene. We had no prior interaction and now I am waiting 4 months to repair my car.
@bunq It was swallowed on holiday in Egypt so I doubt I will ever see that card again. I think it's sort of ridiculous that a loyal customer of several years would need to pay 130 euros again for literally a piece of metal and plastic.
I guess it's time to switch over to revolut.
@conorkk We're very sorry this happened to you 🙏When a Metal card is swallowed by an ATM, the ATM owner eventually sends it back to us but we've to dispose of the card. This means that you've to replace the card on your own costs. You can read more on this here: together.bunq.com/d/23424
@bunq Your defective metal card that warps when it gets humid was eaten by a card machine and I am now being charged 129 euros to get a replacement. How do you guys merit a piece of metal and plastic costing that much when it falls apart so easily?
@boltapp - Requested a ride home which generally costs ~ 5-8 euros, but then cancel when I realize a car sharing app will cost significantly less. I wake up in the morning to a 92 euro bill for a taxi I didn't take. Support has taken 5 days and given me nothing. Whats going on??
