Yes, but as @faraonidmd points out, that doesn’t make TXA ‘unsafe’. All the processes that put TXA in that place make clinical practice unsafe. Is this akin to ‘guns don’t kill people, bullets do’? No, people kill people, i.e. there is intent, same intent as industry puts $ first

@J_Stensballe @faraonidmd @conorpunchbook Exactly my point. Very relevant in an environment where spinal anesthesia is so highly prevalent. I very much doubt drug manufacturers will invest $$$ to change vial shapes/sizes which is the root cause of muxh of this.

He most certainly does agree @faraonidmd I have yet to see a Pharmaceutical company hauled through the courts as party to a fatal administration of incorrect drug into CSF. I wonder why?
