@ConradHotels Conrad Tulum cancelled me again for a buy out. Second time in 4 years over Easter/Spring break. No compensation for late cancellation from you but had it been the other way round you would have hit me with a huge fee. Not impressed at all!!!!!

@EmbassySuites and @ESGlendale, going to the Rose Bowl to watch IU beat Alabama was fantastic. Having your staff rummage through my wife’s purse, stealing her credit cards, and over $700 in cash was not. Fix this!

On Thursday, I made a claim with “hotel management.” They have all my information, but I haven’t heard from them since. It’s clear to me that local hotel management isn’t going to do anything for me. I need somebody at corporate to respond and to make right your staff member’s theft of our property.

We went downstairs for breakfast yesterday morning, but my wife left her purse upstairs. By the time she went back up to get her purse, all the purse pockets had been unzipped and my suitcase had been disturbed. Your cleaning staff stole all of the cash, my wife’s bank card and her credit card. Late yesterday afternoon, after the Rose Bowl game, our bank reached out to tell us there were suspicious charges. Both charges were at the same mall. One was at Macy’s and the other was at a barbecue restaurant. We’ve been able to cancel both cards, but all of our cash for this trip is gone. So, now we’re sitting in California with no money, no bank card, and no credit card. So far, all I’ve heard from Embassy Suites is, “we’ll investigate it, but you’ll have to wait and see.” That doesn’t do us a whole lot good as we’re flying back to Louisville in the morning.

paid for 2 meals/day yet no buffet at lunch/dinner, only a very limited set menu. Buffet? Pay +100K IDR per person Hidden charges everywhere. Despite elderly parents rooms were allotted far from restaurants. This is not 5 star hospitality. @ConradHotels @HiltonHotels @Tripadvisor

@ConradHotels your @ResortsWorldLV location is horrible. Long lines understaffed, loud drill noises across my floor, faulty elevator card reader, empty body wash bottle upon check-in, guest services phone line transfers to immediate disconnect. Scam of a hotel.
