@VirginAtlantic Thanks Ffion, ok so the only option is to call up again and get them to nudge the refunds team again. Any idea what backlog they have? The email promises a 7 day acknowledgment which I have not received from early February. It’s getting on for 2 months now.

@AskVirginMoney are there system issues? iOS app thinks weekend work is still ongoing and android thinks there is an update but none showing in play store.
