It is Africa's 2nd best country to do business. Cashless economy achieved at 90%. They Rwanda National Police is the second best Police force in Africa. They also have Africa's youngest cabinet. Private schools in Rwanda are closing down because public schools have become so good; institutions are asking the government to sponsor students in private schools at public rates. In Rwanda, most children in public schools are given free laptops to help them study, and they don't pay school fees. Below is an example of a public school in Rwanda.
