@8bitZoe So in summary, Penny Sparrow got fined a bunch of money (as did Vicki Momberg) by the equality court, as that is the extent of the court's powers. Vicki Momberg was also found guilty of Crimen Injuria in a criminal court, hence the prison sentence.

@8bitZoe In order to seek a prison sentence you'll need to make a case of Crimen Injuria at your local police station. This has nothing to do with the SAHRC and the Equality Court, as that is a criminal charge.
