@kenklippenstein I don't think there's a thing wrong with M.'s answers, but what was the Times supposed to do? They got this newsworthy information; should they have just never printed it? I think they are quite biased, usually for what they fail to report, but I wouldn't critique this case.

AOC’s previous home in Yorktown Heights. This is publicly reported information. Her dad bought it for $150K over 20 years ago. Her mom sold it for $355K in 2016. It’s now valued over $500K. Homes nearby range from $600K to $800K. AOC is no Bronx girl. She’s privileged.

AOC is getting lambasted for falsely saying she grew up in the Bronx. She actually grew up in Yorktown Heights of Westchester County in New York. Westchester is affluent. It already was when I grew up there years before AOC. The truth is she grew up as a rich spoiled brat.
