I had to fire my best employee today Jack, 8 years with us, never late, clients loved him But he betrayed my trust in the worst possible way Yesterday, I went to collect some files from his desk at around 1:15pm. He was on his lunch break, so I didn't have time to wait or bother him I found a bunch of drugs on his desk, partly hidden. I hurriedly took the files and left an urgent message for him to see me immediately. "What the hell are you doing with drugs on your desk?" I asked him. "The last two weeks, I have been feeling unwell. I went to the doctor, got treated, and was prescribed these drugs along with a two-week bed rest. However, since I was working on an urgent project, I chose to save the company this critical client." My heart sank Two weeks of working when you ought to have been on sick leave. This morning I called him in "Jack, you know why you're here" "The project? Client loved it. We got the contract" "I don't care about it. You violated our company policy. You are fired!" He started crying, So I called security to walk him out Still can't believe he did this to me. Horrible man

I've previously called Jacob Ramsey a "nothing" signing at Newcastle. I wasn't sure why they signed him. He changed my mind last night. There is definitely a player to work with. I thought he was brilliant once switched to central midfield. #NUFC

It all kicked off at the final whistle that’s the sort of fight we needed in the game itself. Palhinha who was involved at the start of the ruckus at least fought for every ball tonight & seemed to be the only player that gave a shit at times laying his body on the line and winning countless tackles He was my Man of the match.
