Someone with deep pockets should buy this spot in the Outer Mission before the Lizard People get their grubby paws on it. Real estate listing: "great potential for development" Originally $1.2m, now $899k.

As you realize the college sports you grew up with doesn’t exist anymore, it hits you that it may have all been a facade. The reason these teams below existed was largely to players being exploited with no ability to make money & punished for transferring. NIL introduced….cream rises to the top. In 2012 a guy who fell through the cracks in recruiting would spend 4 years at a mid major and develop there…not anymore. 80% of those players trickle up to make the major conference teams that were losing in 2008 better in 2026. College sports was prob better in 2010 but it was due to a model that unequivocally ripped off athletes. I am open to being wrong here, but the game has changed forever and what we watched years ago was fake.

Column: Darryn Peterson was great and Kansas was rolling ... and then things became odd. As they tend to do with the potential No. 1 pick. bit.ly/4sqWSyh

@slmandel So you’re saying we should reduce the tournament size by 16 teams?

Well, this is not an encouraging trend for Cinderellas. ... The NCAA tournament went to 64 teams in 1985. Only 7 times have the 13-14-15 seeds all gone winless in the first round. It's now happened two years in a row (for the first time).

If Joshua Jefferson is out for Iowa State's 2nd round matchup against Kentucky, it drops ISU from 8th to 16th at EvanMiya.com after adjusting for his absence. The injury would be worth a 4.5 point adjustment against Kentucky, dropping the spread from -7.5 to -3.

It's game day in the NCAA Tournament for #KUbball & they're hoping today marks the start of a deep tourney run. Spent some time yesterday talking to several Jayhawks about the keys for making that happen and here's a look at what they said... r1s1sports.com/the-keys-for-k…
