@blackgirlinmain Yes. I'm 53. Went through a time of inactivity and lost fitness, flexibility. Thought it was permanent. Took up very gentle training. Started farming & for fun did a triathlon, which I never thought I'd do. Serious quality of life improvement. Flexibility & gentle movement.

Perimenopause been kicking my ass this year, but 15 years of yoga has been a blessing on this middle-age body. I'm still pretty flexible and don't get too many age related aches and pains. Knock on wood, my knees are still 🔥. Movement makes a difference with aging.
